Captain Rodgers and Elsa meet

During one of Arendelle's balls, Queen Elsa is approached by a privateer and pirate hunter named Francis Rodgers. Currently, Rodgers is working with Weselton's navy in his hunt for pirates. At first, he tried to convince the snow queen to reopen traded with Weselton, but predictably, Elsa refused. While slightly saddened that he didn't accomplish his primary mission, he then told Elsa about a pirate that may be hiding out in Arendelle, perhaps even attending the party! Elsa knows who Rodgers is referring to but won't say anything out of affection and kinship with the fire-controlling pirate. With that, Rodgers left the party and warned Elsa not to deal with pirates or she'll met a bad end.
